• Pets are allowed on request and must be notified at the time of booking.
• Cots and extra beds must be requested in advance.
• As this is a historic building in the city centre, we kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours from 11:00 pm.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the arrival date are free of charge. To modify your booking, simply contact us: we will always try to find a solution.
