Check-in
Check-in takes place from 15.00 to 19.30
The guest is requested to communicate the approximate time of arrival at least in the morning of the day of arrival, in particular if expected after 19.30. Upon arrival, guests are asked to provide a valid identification document and to show the reservation made to proceed with the balance.
Services
The price agreed for the stay in our B&B includes the use of the room and the bathroom, breakfast rearrangement and daily cleaning, the supply of towels and sheets, the use of bathroom accessories, TV and air conditioners / heating.
Cleaning
Cleaning of the rooms and toilets is scheduled every day, from 11.00 and no later than 13.00, therefore please leave the room free, arranging your personal belongings in order to allow and optimize a better efficiency of the service. If the rooms are occupied at these times, cleaning will be done the following day.
Entry and Departure
There are no times to respect for entry and exit from the facility.
Guests will be given the keys, just as if they were at home,so that they can go out and return at their will.
Please always carry the supplied keys with you, their loss entails compesation.
Prohibitions
For reasons of public safety, guests are not allowed to let other people access the rooms of the Bed & Breakfast at any time.
Smoking is prohibited in all common areas of the B&B.
Smoking
Although smoking is prohibited in the common rooms of the B&B, smoking is permitted in the designated outdoor areas.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served as a buffet every day in the breakfast room between 8.00 and 10.00.
Guests are asked to communicate any intolerances or specific requests prior to arrival. Guests are free to help themselves to a buffet of bread, butter, assorted jams, biscuits and sweets, coffee and tea, drinks, fruit, yogurt, local and seasonal daily specials.
Check-out
On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 11.00 am, to allow for the final cleaning. Depending on the availability of the B&B, it is possible to agree a late check-out. At the end of the stay, the room and entrance keys must be returned.
Eco- sustainability
Take care to turn off the lights in the rooms and the air conditioners before going out and make sure you have closed doors and windows.
Indemnities
Any damage caused to the B&B structure, even those caused by improper use of the additional equipment, as well as the loss of keys, will be compensated.
Responsibility
The property declines any liability for the loss, theft and damage of objects of your property left in the rooms or in the common areas of the B&B.
