The most peaceful stays need rules

These rules set out times and guidelines for a peaceful stay in Catania.
 
Rules - Check-in
Check-in is from 15:00 to 19:30.
Guests are asked to let us know their approximate arrival time at the latest by the morning of the day of arrival, especially if arriving after 19:30.
On arrival, guests are asked to provide a valid identity document and show their booking in order to settle the balance.
Services
The agreed price for the stay includes use of the room and bathroom, use of the common areas, daily tidying and cleaning, towels and bed linen, bathroom amenities, TV and air conditioning/heating.
 
Cleaning
The cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms takes place every day, from 11:00 until no later than 13:00, so please leave the room free and arrange your personal belongings so that the service can be carried out as efficiently as possible.
If the room is occupied during these hours, cleaning will be carried out the following day.
 
Coming and going
There are no set times for entering and leaving the property.
Just as if they were at home, guests will be given keys so they can come and go as they please.
Please always carry the keys provided with you; losing them will require compensation.
 
Prohibitions
For public safety reasons, guests are not allowed to let other people into the rooms at any time.
Smoking is prohibited in all areas.
 
Smokers
Although smoking is prohibited in the common rooms, it is permitted in the designated outdoor areas.
 
Check-out
On the day of departure, guests must vacate the room by 11:00, to allow final cleaning of the premises.
Late check-out can be arranged subject to availability.
At the end of the stay, the room and entrance keys must be returned.
 
Sustainability
Please remember to switch off the lights and air conditioning in your room before going out and make sure doors and windows are closed.
 
Damages
Any damage caused to the property, including damage resulting from improper use of the equipment provided, as well as the loss of keys, must be compensated as set out in these rules.
 
Liability
The management accepts no liability for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings left in the rooms or common areas. These rules are binding on all guests.
